A Meaningful Homecoming

Alongside our regular keynotes and workshops, the Lakefish Group team has taken on some exceptional new clients this summer. One of these engagements means more to me than the others.

We are now working with one of the nation’s largest franchisees of a leading casual dining brand. For me, this is a return to familiar ground. I spent an enormous part of my early career with this team. Much of how I think about operations, hospitality, and what it takes to lead people came from those years.

Bringing a New Skill Set to a Familiar Team

Getting to come back with a completely different skill set is incredibly rewarding. To be genuinely useful to them again is one of the best things that has happened in this business. I am grateful they made room for us.
