September is the busiest month we have ever had: six confirmed engagements across five cities, with two more conversations still moving.
Every confirmed booking came from a room I had already been in. Three are rebookings. Three are referrals from leaders who attended a previous session and brought me to another organization.
None of these bookings came from an ad or a cold pitch. They came from someone seeing the work, deciding it mattered, and asking for it again.
A rebooking tells me the organizer received the result they needed. A referral tells me an attendee believed the session would help another team. Both carry more weight than a broad marketing claim.
The New York City engagement combines a keynote and an AI workshop for a fintech conference. It will be my fourth time working with the organization.
They invited me back before I left the stage in San Diego. That is the kind of response I want the work to earn.
In Cincinnati, I will lead a two-hour AI Hot Seat for an industry association that rebooked after last year's session.
In Cambridge, Maryland, I will deliver a keynote for an industry association that rebooked me before I left the room last year.
The Houston engagement is a leadership AI session for a manufacturing company. A leader saw me speak and invited me to work with their team.
In Dallas, I will lead a full-day AI workshop for a food equipment manufacturer after a referral from an attendee at an earlier session.
The mix includes keynotes, AI Hot Seat sessions, and full workshops. The formats change, but the reason for the booking stays consistent: people saw practical AI applied to real business work and wanted more of it.
Two additional engagements are still pending in Washington, DC and Abu Dhabi. Whatever happens with those conversations, the pattern is clear. Useful work travels through the people who experienced it.
